I suggest that the City of Palouse get serious about clearing the brush on the banks of the Palouse River and making the river a central attraction of the town. With their water tables falling, Moscow, Idaho and nearby Pullman, Washington can only wish that they had the water resource that Palouse does have.   Up a lazy river
