Above is the Music Building Below: Wild roses thrive beside the building, and do they smell sweet!

The Palouse School, which was newly built in 1941 suffered a devestating fire in 1976. After the fire the building was cut down to one floor and rebuilt to the state that you see in the photos above. Unfortunately, where you see the missing brick wall above, was the auditorium with sloping floor and stage. The auditorium was not replaced.
