IS, IS

Some folks don't know how to use, "is, is,"
The question is, is it the same

For people like me, with no college degree,
And no letters after their names?

I get very tired of hearing it,
Even politicians misuse, "is, is,"

It ought not to be at all surprising,
Since William doubts the meaning of "is."
