 This 1987 Cadillac Eldorado replaces a similar
car that was totaled in 2002 when a hit-and-run driver ran a
red light and hit me hard. I really liked that other red Eldo
and searched almost two years before finding this beauty. Red
leather interior, carriage roof, alloy wheels... all the good
stuff. It is small, sporty, luxurious, and just a fine old Caddy.
Some people in the old car hobby claim that the small Eldos and
Sevilles command no collector interest. They're full of BS. The
reason that Cadillac sales fell so drastically for these small
cars what that the typical Cadillac buyer was an old duffer looking
for a twenty foot long barge. They also say that the Cadillac
4.1 and 4.5 engines were no-good. That's more BS. My totaled
Eldo had 205,000 miles and was running just fine, thank you.
All that is required is regular maintenance. WDM |
